The 12 and under leagues will field EIGHT (8) players and a goalkeeper (9v9).  

The 12U leagues focus on teamwork and coordinated play.  Players should be developing strategies for "set pieces"; goal kicks, corner kicks, and penalty kicks.   

In 12U games, the offside rule will be enforced.  Offside penalty will result in the opposing team being granted an indirect free kick.

Players will have one attempt at a throw in. Illegal throw will result in the other teams throw in from the same spot.
